Craig Johnson
Craig is the General Manager of Jet Expedited Transport, located down the street from Portland International Airport. Craig diligently ensures company success in delivering expedited delivery service to the entire west coast and beyond. Craig has previously held the position "SGT at Arms" with last year's PACA board and is excited to make the transition into the next President of the PACA organization.

Willie Wilcoxen
A military veteran, Willie has been active within the Real estate Industry for the last 15 years, starting his career working for Harold and Arlene Schnitzer (HARSCH properties) based in downtown Portland. Currently Willie is the Business Development Manager for the Port of Portland, previously acting as a Leasing Manager for the Port, negotiating and supervising leasing activity at PDX, Hillsboro and Troutdale airports. Willie serves an important role on the PACA board as the 1st Vice President, responsible for the programming for the association.

Angie Harris
Angie brings over 25 years of high growth global business experience as business leader in numerous roles. Evergreen is a Worldwide Global air freight operator of freight forwarders, manufacturers and government agencies. Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum and Evergreen Agricultural products based in McMinnville Oregon are integrated services combine to enhance all of Evergreens operations. Current responsibilities are business development global door to door supply chain management. My passion for this industry and its people within have always been my key attribute. Look forward to responsibilities as 2nd Vice President for the membership of the association.

Treasurer
Devyn Lomax
Devyn Lomax has worked her entire life for her family business Airport Drayage, a local airfreight cartage company. Recently she has taken on the role as General Manager and hopes to allow for the company to continue to grow and be as successful as it has been in the past years. Devyn has served on the board as the Secretary in the 2010/2011 term and will become the Treasurer this coming year. She hopes to bring a simplistic approach to the finances of Portland Air Cargo Association allowing for the board to focus on presenting outstanding meetings and events in this coming year.

Janelle Hutchinson
Janelle Hutchinson, Manger of Security & Compliance for Performance Logistics and Aerocheck Cargo Security, has many years of experience as an air cargo veteran. Janelle has expertise and certifications in the areas of Cargo Screening, Hazmat, and Freight Forwarding. She brings much value to PACA with her education, experience and professionalism in the air cargo industry.

Sgt.-at-Arms
Ahmad Abed-Rabuh
The accounting brains behind the Jet Expedited operations. Ahmad serves an important role of Sgt at Arms, locating and acquiring venues, equipment and menu's for our events. A black belt in karate and looking mean when he doesn't smile - he is actually a teddy bear that has a house full of adopted animals.

Port of Portland Rep
Matt Hoffman
Matt has been active within the airport real estate industry since 1996, starting his career in Springfield, Illinois as a properties supervisor. Matt has an undergrad degree in aviation safety from Embry Riddle and is an accredited AAAE member. Currently Matt serves as the Senior Manager for the Aviation Airside Real Estate group.

Historian
Lee Johnson
Lee is the founder and President of Jet Expedited Transport. Lee has laid the foundation for the organization's vision and mission for his company more 30 years ago, and it still holds true today - to deliver secure and affordable, time-definite transportation, logistics and supply chain services across the West while giving back to the communities that they serve. Lee has served virtually all positions as the cornerstone of the PACA organization since its inception, and currently serves as the PACA resident historian - ensuring compliance of the PACA by-laws and charter.
